Training

Through an OSD initiative called PIPEd (Pipeline Industry Professional Education), OSD offers training courses on detailed topics relating to pipeline system design and operation.

Training services are presented by professional engineers who are pipeline specialists, and courses are conducted in all major Australian cities and internationally.

PIPEd Training Courses:

• Hydrostatic Testing and Pipeline Commissioning
• Introduction to AS2885 and the Australian Pipeline Industry
• General Principles of Pipeline Design

In the near future PIPEd will be increasing its development and delivery activities within Australia and overseas which will include new courses such as Workplace Health and Safety Courses, Technical courses, as well as Operational Courses covering the various aspects of pipeline engineering. PIPEd will also be offering Consultancy Services.
