OSD is then able to analyse all stakeholders, employ decision analysis techniques, and develop concise stakeholder information that is then presented to clients for review. OSD engages all stakeholders before, during and after the development of a project and promotes open communication lines between the stakeholder and the client in order to seek a structured balance of project activities and approval from all stakeholders.
