Operations Establishment Services

OSD Asset Services offers a range of  operations establishment services, including production and management of regulatory deliverables for operational establishment, conducting operations establishment, and drafting and approval services of baseline job hazard analyses associated with work instructions.

Further operations establishment services include training and competency assessment for new pipeline operators and technicians, conducting operational risk assessments, and facilitating HAZID, HAZOP, and CHAZOP workshops.

To complete its range of operations establishment services, OSD Asset Services offers drafting, approval, and submission of operational safety cases and associated documentation. This includes safety management plans, emergency response manuals, client interface documentation, operational environmental management plans, O&M manuals, operating procedures, and  work instructions.
