OSD Pipelines’ Project Director Keith Horstmann has recently joined the Board of Directors. He has taken on the position of Executive Director, in addition to his current role as OSD’s Project Director – Western Australia, South America and the Middle East. Keith has been in the resources development sector for some 30 years with extensive experience in mining, and oil and gas projects. Since 1994 he has been predominantly involved in the pipeline industry in various roles from Project Management through to Business Management. Keith joined OSD in 2005 to establish its Perth office and held the role of COO during 2007 / 2008. Keith has been instrumental in the development of the OSD Slurry Pipelines Group, and is responsible for its operation. Keith is a Chartered Professional Engineer with a Degree in Civil Engineering and a Diploma of Project Management, and is a member of IEAust, AIM, APIA and AICD. Rod Keller, Non-Executive Chairman of OSD Pipelines, commented on the Board change. “As a long-standing employee of OSD Pipelines, Keith will bring valuable insight and direction to the OSD Board. Keith has an in-depth understanding of how this business operates and we know he will translate this knowledge into future growth opportunities for OSD”. Non-Executive Director David Wright has also announced his resignation from the OSD Board. “We would like to take this opportunity to thank David Wright for his valuable contributions to OSD. He has been a great driver of OSD’s corporate identity.” |
