A joint venture was established to build and operate a gas fired power station at Neerabup, Western Australia. The NewGen Neerabup power station is supplied by a 30km natural gas pipeline.
The joint venture required OSD to provide operations establishment services including the development of the operations safety case, operations environmental management plan, operating Instructions, procedures and other associated documentation required to obtain “Consent to Operate” from the Department of Industry and Resources. OSD further prepared the safety case and associated documentation and facilitated HAZID workshops.
