OSD provided an independent assessment of the clients Operation and Maintenance costs for 2008-2012. The study was completed over two distinct phases, the first being a data gathering exercise including interviews with the client and the second phase being an independent review of Operation and Maintenance costs on a built-up cost basis.
The final report considered client future projects and made conclusions on the expected Operation and Maintenance costs to 2012.
